OsProductType enum

Machine role of an operating system: desktop/workstation, server, or Active Directory domain controller. Reference: OSVERSIONINFOEXW structure

Values

Enum Value Description

DESKTOP

 Desktop or workstation operating system (OS type value 1). Always assigned on macOS.

DOMAIN_CONTROLLER

 Active Directory domain controller (OS type value 2).

SERVER

 Server operating system that is not a domain controller (OS type value 3).

  • OsInfo type: Basic information about the operating system an Endpoint is running.
