AclSubjectKind enum

Whether a Darwin ACL subject identifies a user or a group.

Values

Enum Value Description

USER

 The subject is an individual user account.

GROUP

 The subject is a group of users.

UNKNOWN

 The subject kind could not be resolved (e.g. orphaned UUID).

Used by

  • AclSubject type: Darwin ACL subject — UUID-based identification of a user or group with the resolved POSIX UID/GID when available.
