Retrieves a graph search job started by graphSearch: its state (RUNNING, DONE, FAILED, USER_CANCEL, SYSTEM_INTERRUPT, or EXPIRED), result count, timing, and any errors it recorded. Poll it until the state leaves RUNNING, then read rows with graphSearchResults. Any member of the job's organization can read it.
