GPO policy: "Minimize the number of simultaneous connections to the Internet or a Windows Domain" under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > Windows Connection Manager. Controls how Windows handles simultaneous connections to multiple networks (e.g. Wi-Fi + Ethernet, or cellular + Wi-Fi). Registry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WcmSvc\GroupPolicy:fMinimizeConnections (REG_DWORD). CIS Benchmark (L1) recommends value 3 (prevent Wi-Fi when on Ethernet) to reduce attack surface. Reference: Policy CSP - ADMX_WindowsConnectionManager
