LockScreenSettings type

Login window settings controlling the login window message and display options. Per-user screen saver locking preferences (idle time, ask for password) live on UserSystemSettingsMacOS.

Fields

Field Name Description
loginWindowText - String Custom text message displayed on the login window.
loginWindowShowFullName - Boolean Whether the login window shows the user's full name instead of a user list.
retriesUntilHint - Int Number of failed login attempts before the password hint is shown.

Used by

  • SystemSettingsMacOS type: macOS-specific system settings including power management, privacy permissions, backup configuration, and security settings.
