LAN Manager authentication level, controlling which authentication protocols are accepted.

SEND_LM_NTLM_RESPONSE

 Send LM and NTLM response; never use NTLMv2 session security.

SEND_LM_NTLM_WITH_NTLMV2_SESSION_SECURITY_IF_NEGOTIATED

 Send LM and NTLM response; use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated.

SEND_NTLM_RESPONSE_ONLY

 Send NTLM response only.

SEND_NTLMV2_RESPONSE_ONLY

 Send NTLMv2 response only.

SEND_NTLMV2_RESPONSE_ONLY_REFUSE_LM

 Send NTLMv2 response only; refuse LM.
