ExthdrOperation defines the type of extended header operation to perform.

Enum Value Description

IPV6

 IPv6 extension header operation.

TCPOPT

 TCP option operation.

IPV4

 IPv4 option operation (less common in modern nftables, typically refers to options within the main header).

SCTP

 SCTP option operation.

MAX

 Maximum value for extended header operations (often an internal marker).

Used by

  • ExthdrExpression type: Exthdr represents an nftables expression for accessing or manipulating IPv6 extension headers, TCP options, or other protocol options.
