ExitReason enum

Reason a process terminated, derived from si_code in waitid(2). systemd reports this for the last invocation of each ExecCommand line. Reference: waitid(2) — si_code values

Values

Enum Value Description

NEVER_RAN

 The command has not finished or has never been run (si_code 0).

EXITED

 Normal exit. exitStatus holds the value passed to _exit(2) (CLD_EXITED, 1).

KILLED

 Killed by signal without core dump. exitStatus holds the signal number (CLD_KILLED, 2).

DUMPED

 Killed by signal with a core dump written. exitStatus holds the signal number (CLD_DUMPED, 3).
