# `VerdictExpression` type

VerdictExpression represents an nftables expression that determines the fate of a packet or controls the flow of execution within the rule set.

## Fields

| Field Name | Description |

| `kind` - [`NftVerdictKind!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/nft-verdict-kind.html) | The type of verdict action to apply (e.g., ACCEPT, DROP, JUMP). |
| `chain` - [`String!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/string.html) | The name of the target chain if the verdict kind involves transferring control (e.g., GOTO, JUMP). This field is omitted if not applicable. |
