# `SmbSecurityModeFlags` type

Reports flags received form the server during SMB negotiation.

## Fields

| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| `authenticationLevel` - [`SmbAuthenticationLevel!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/smb-authentication-level.html) | User-level or share-level authentication. |
| `challengeResponseSupported` - [`Boolean!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/boolean.html) | If false only plaintext authentication is supported. Dangerous if false. |
| `messageSigning` - [`SmbMessageSigning!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/smb-message-signing.html) | Support for SMB message signing. |

## Used by

- [`SmbNegotiationLog`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/smb-negotiation-log.html) type: NegotiationLog, if present, contains the server's response to the negotiation request.
