# `SiriDataSharingOptInStatus` enum

Whether a user has opted in to sharing Siri and Dictation audio recordings with Apple (Improve Siri & Dictation). Read from the 'Siri Data Sharing Opt-In Status' key of the user's com.apple.assistant.support preference domain. CIS recommends opting out (value 2). ## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `OPTED_IN` | The user opted in to sharing audio recordings with Apple (preference value 1). |
| `OPTED_OUT` | The user opted out of sharing audio recordings with Apple (preference value 2). CIS recommended. |
| `UNRECOGNIZED` | The preference holds a value other than the known opt-in states. |
