# `ServiceState` enum

Current operational state of a system service.

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `CONTINUE_PENDING` | The service is in the process of continuing. |
| `PAUSE_PENDING` | The service is in the process of pausing. |
| `PAUSED` | The service is paused. |
| `RUNNING` | The service is running. |
| `START_PENDING` | The service is in the process of starting. |
| `STOP_PENDING` | The service is in the process of stopping. |
| `STOPPED` | The service is stopped. |
| `UNKNOWN` | The service state is unknown. |
| `ACTIVATING` | The service is activating. |
| `REFRESHING` | The service is refreshing. |
| `RELOADING` | The service is reloading its configuration. |
| `DEACTIVATING` | The service is deactivating. |
| `FAILED` | The service has failed. |
| `MAINTENANCE` | The service is in maintenance mode. |
