# `SearchQueryMatchKeyValueExpression` type

Search expression matching a text-typed key against a string value. The key corresponds to a dot-notation path found in the search query schema (see [SearchQuerySchemaKeyStruct](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/search-query-schema-key-struct.html)). The value may contain wildcard characters (* and ?).

## Fields

| Field Name | Description |

| `expressionType` - [`SearchQueryExpressionType!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/search-query-expression-type.html) | The expression node type discriminator. |
| `key` - [`String!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/string.html) | The dot-notation key naming the object type and field being searched. |
| `operator` - [`SearchMatchValueOperator!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/search-match-value-operator.html) | The logical comparison operator to use. |
| `value` - [`String!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/string.html) | The string value to search for; may contain wildcard characters (* and ?). |
| `keyType` - [`SearchQuerySchemaFieldType!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/search-query-schema-field-type.html) | The schema field type of the key. |
| `multiKey` - [`Boolean!`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/boolean.html) | True when the key is nested inside an array-of-struct path, so the predicate matches within a single struct instance when combined with other multi-key predicates of the same struct. |
