# `RelationshipDirection` enum

The direction in which a [Relationship](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/relationship.html) is traversed: from source to target, or inverted.

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `SOURCE_TO_TARGET` | Traverse the relationship from source to target. |
| `TARGET_TO_SOURCE` | Traverse the relationship from target to source. |

- [`RelationshipDirected`](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/types/relationship-directed.html) type: A Relationship paired with the RelationshipDirection in which it is traversed from a particular graph object type.
