# `PosixAclKind` enum

Whether a POSIX ACL entry came from the access ACL (applied to the file itself) or the default ACL (inherited by newly-created children of a directory).

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `ACCESS` | Entry from the access ACL, which controls operations on the file or directory itself. |
| `DEFAULT` | Entry from the directory's default ACL, which is inherited by newly-created children. |
