# `PartitionType` enum

Represents possible types of disk partitions.

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `UNKNOWN` | Partition type is not known or could not be determined. |
| `READ_ONLY` | Partition is flagged read-only; write operations are not permitted. |
| `HIDDEN` | Partition is hidden and normally not exposed or mounted by the OS (OEM, recovery, or system data). |
| `DO_NOT_AUTOMOUNT` | Partition should not be auto-mounted by the operating system. |
| `SYSTEM_PARTITION` | System partition containing essential boot or system management data (e.g. boot manager files). |
| `LEGACY_BIOS_BOOTABLE` | Partition marked bootable for legacy BIOS/MBR boot (active flag set). |
| `BOOTABLE_DOS` | Bootable DOS partition formatted or flagged for DOS-era boot compatibility. |
