# `ExitReason` enum

Reason a process terminated, derived from `si_code` in `waitid(2)`. systemd reports this for the last invocation of each ExecCommand line. Reference: [waitid(2) — si_code values](https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man2/waitid.2.html)

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `NEVER_RAN` | The command has not finished or has never been run (`si_code` 0). |
| `EXITED` | Normal exit. `exitStatus` holds the value passed to `_exit(2)` (`CLD_EXITED`, 1). |
| `KILLED` | Killed by signal without core dump. `exitStatus` holds the signal number (`CLD_KILLED`, 2). |
| `DUMPED` | Killed by signal with a core dump written. `exitStatus` holds the signal number (`CLD_DUMPED`, 3). |
