# `CVSSV4Recovery` enum

`CVSSV4Recovery` describes the resilience of the system and the effort required to return to its previous state after a successful attack in CVSS v4.0.

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `AUTOMATIC` | The system recovers services automatically after an attack, e.g., through self-correcting mechanisms. |
| `USER` | The system requires manual intervention by a user to recover from the attack. |
| `IRRECOVERABLE` | The system cannot recover from the attack and requires full replacement or re-installation. |
| `NOT_DEFINED` | Assigning this value indicates insufficient information or the metric does not apply. |
