# `ConversionStatus` enum

Indicates the conversion (encryption or decryption) status of a volume.

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `UNKNOWN` | Encryption or decryption status is unknown. |
| `FULLY_DECRYPTED` | For a standard hard drive (HDD), the volume is fully decrypted. For a hardware encrypted hard drive (EHDD), the volume is perpetually unlocked. |
| `FULLY_ENCRYPTED` | For a standard hard drive (HDD), the volume is fully encrypted. For a hardware encrypted hard drive (EHDD), the volume is not perpetually unlocked. |
| `ENCRYPTION_IN_PROGRESS` | The volume is partially encrypted. |
| `DECRYPTION_IN_PROGRESS` | The volume is partially encrypted. |
| `ENCRYPTION_PAUSED` | The volume has been paused during the encryption progress. The volume is partially encrypted. |
| `DECRYPTION_PAUSED` | The volume has been paused during the decryption progress. The volume is partially encrypted. |
