# `ByteOrderOperation` enum

Byte order operation type used in nftables byteorder expressions to convert between host and network byte order. Reference: [nftables — Byte order expression](https://wiki.nftables.org/wiki-nftables/index.php/Expressions#Byte_order_expression)

## Values

| Enum Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `NETWORK_TO_HOST` | Convert from network byte order (big-endian) to host byte order (ntoh). |
| `HOST_TO_NETWORK` | Convert from host byte order to network byte order (big-endian) (hton). |
