# `policyRulesAdd` mutation

Adds between 1 and 500 policy rules to the organization. Every rule in the request is validated before any is stored, so one invalid rule rejects the whole request. The server assigns each new rule's id. Each rule belongs to a group, whose name starts with a letter or digit and contains up to 128 letters, digits, dots, underscores, or hyphens. List rules with [policyRulesList](https://wartiva.com/api-docs/queries/policy-rules-list.html).
